Understanding the importance of ease and efficiency, especially when it comes to managing healthcare needs, we've redesigned the SmithRx member portal with you in mind. The new user interface is all about simplicity and clarity, making it easier than ever to find what you're looking for.

Explore theSmithRx Member Portal Features 

The SmithRx member portal is designed to put you in control of your own health – because, let's face it, who knows you better than you do? Here’s a refresher on a few of the things you can do (or access) in the portal. 

Member ID 

Once you log into the portal, you’ll see your digital member ID card–  it’s front and center. Keep this info handy; you’ll need it to view prescription claims, benefits, and copayments.

Plan Details 

Head on over to the Plan tab and you’ll find key information about your plan, such as your Member ID and Group ID. 

Find My Meds 

Meet your new best friend - the 'Find My Meds' tool. This is your key to savings. Simply type in the name of your medication, set your location, and choose the radius you'd like to search within. The results take into account your current pharmacy plan benefits, so you’ll see the actual amount you’ll be charged– no surprises here. 

Documentation 

The Files tab is where you’ll go to find important documentation you might need, including reimbursement forms, prior authorization forms, and details about your formulary.
