Proactive Prior Authorization Notifications
If a prior authorization is initiated for one of their medications, members will receive update alerts via email, SMS text messages,* and the member portal. Now, they can view the details of the prior authorization including status and important instructions in the Notification Center of the Member Portal. Proactive communications eliminate confusion and keep them in the know.
* Members are encouraged to provide their updated contact info so that we may reach them with alerts regarding their prescriptions
